The Referee behind Referee POV is Brian Johnson! He has been a soccer referee for 12 years and has officiated a wide range of games from U9 to MLS Next to Semi-Professional games.

Brian's four passions in life are refereeing, teaching, helping others, and his favorite football team - Aston Villa.
 
Brian started Referee POV as a way to help educate and inspire referees around the world. Since then, Referee POV has gained over 800,000 followers across the internet, and we are proud to say that goal has become a reality.
 
We get countless messages every day from people telling us that we helped get them into soccer refereeing or become better soccer referees. This makes us happier than anything.
 
But, we are just getting started. Our goal is to reach even more people around the world and get more of them into the great hobby and side hustle that is refereeing.
